The selective olive trees that constitute 25% of the entire farm, have been certified by the German Institution under the Reg. EEC 2081/92. Consequently, around 65 tons of organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from these trees. After this process, another classification takes place, in which only 0,5% and below acidity are separated in order to manufacture OLIVOS ROYAL CLASS ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.

The special olives are selected from the Aegean Region, enduring the richness of taste and odour leaving out any additives. Its acidity is maximum 0.8% and we recommend this product for salad dressings, sauces, raw ingredients and cooking.

Due to this new trend and demand, the production of organic olive oil has started. It is produced without using synthetic agricultural chemicals, hormones or mineral fertilizers, and in addition it is harvested away from the polluted environmental and industrial regions.
