Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860 s.r.l. is established in Pisa, and as the name implies, they have been in the pasta business since 1860. Morelli provides a healthy pasta crafted without the use of food dyes. Most important is the fragrant wheat germ, rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein. The wheat yields a unique flavor and aroma to the pasta. Placed on looms by hand, this pasta dries for 36 hours before being packaged.
