This French oil is produced in a granite mill to an old, traditional recipe and are made by first drying and then crushing the nuts, producing a wonderful nutty-flavoured oil. Delicious on salads (particularly good with asparagus), roasted chicken or tossed with pasta, walnuts and freshly-grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Unlike other olive oils, keep refrigerated once opened to prevent spoilage.
